Monday: 6-7.30am
Tuesday: 4.30-6.30pm
Wednesday: 6-7.30am
Thursday: 4.30-6.30pm
Friday: 6-7.30am
Saturday will continue to run at Springwood pool at the normal time of 10.30am.
Options for Tuesday cross training as still being looked at and will be advised.
The summer timetable will begin in October.

Coach finish
As many of you are aware coach Jacqui has left out coaching team as the combination of coaching and other work was making for a huge work week. Jacqui has been an excellent coach at mountain swim and will be missed. Myself and all the coaches want to wish Jacqui all the best and hope to see her around the pool sometimes :).
Cross training in summer
To continue cross training in summer a minimum number of athletes are needed to participate. A minimum number of 10 swimmers for both sessions will need to be enrolled by 15th October. Performance swimmers are highly encouraged to do this strength training that works in conjunction to their swimming. Doing lots of water training but missing the benfits of potential results because of low strength levels can be disheartening. Swimmers in Silver should also look at doing this to help them achieve qualifying times, improve swimming ability and strengthen themselves overall.
