Adult Squad 10 Visit Pass

Adult squad 10 visit passes are for adult swimmers aged 18 and over who wish to train once a week or on a casual basis in the adult squad sessions.

​An adult squad 10 visit pass can be bought within the Helloclub program. The 10 visit pass is called a 'coupon' in helloclub.

​Please take in the receipt after paying and you will receive a punch card. Please present this punch card to the coach at the beginning or end of each session.
Prices are for any amount of sessions during school term:
  • Term 1 (January - March)
  • Term 2 (April - June)
  • Term 3 (July - September)
  • Term 4 (October - December)
Squad fees include a registration fee and weekly pool deck trainining fee.
The ten visit pass has no expiry date. This is an adult squad only pass.

Helloclub Subscriptions

To enrol we use a program called Helloclub.
Subscriptions cover training for the term. School holiday training is an additional free service that swimmers doing the term can come to when it is available.

Squad Fees are paid in helloclub every three months.

Subscriptions for the next term become available in helloclub two weeks prior to the term commencing.

​Swimmers starting later in the term can sign up as a non member. Credits will apply for missed weeks. After sign up please contact us to apply credits to a new subscription.

Discounts

Family members after the first receive a 10% discount.
Discount subscriptions for additional family members can be selected in helloclub.

Discontinuing

If you wish to discontinue swimming squads for the next term please email [email protected]

If you have enabled the auto renew in Helloclub please also disable it if not continuing.

Active Kids Rebate

Mountain Swim accepts active kids rebate vouchers. To access this page please click the button below.

Credit Notes

A credit note may be issued if swimmers are away for a whole week or more due to holidays/illness in the school term.

Credits are not available for school holiday periods.

Credits are applied to the following term.
