Please fill out the forms below to submit up to date qualifications and info. Also please send the a scanned copy of qualifications using the below link. It is essential that I have a copy of up to date qualifications on file.
Payroll
Timesheets
Timesheets can be completed on a fortnightly basis using the online system called Xero. Once you become familiar with this process you should find it is quite easy and quick. An invite to the Xero payroll will be emailed to coaches when they first start.
To submit a timesheet in Xero:
- Log into Xero using your email and password.
- You should see a page with the title 'My Payroll' in the top left.
- Below this there are five tabs: 'Overview, Your Details, Payslips, Leave, Timesheets'. Select the timesheets tab.
- Click the '+add timesheet' button on the left hand side.
- A box will appear. Select the fortnight the timesheet will end on and click continue. (Note each fortnight ends on a Sunday).
- A timesheet will appear that says 'status draft'.
- Click the blank box beneath the title 'earnings rate'. A drop down box will appear to the right of the box. Select 'Ordinary hours'.
- Alternatively you can just start typing 'ordinary hours' and it should appear beneath.
- Fill in the hours worked for the first week beneath each date. Click the arrow buttons above where it says 'week ending' to switch between the two weeks.
- Click to see if the hours are correct. Click submit and select 'Corin' as an approver. Click 'submit' again.
