Winter Timetables
The winter timetables are available on the winter timetable section of this website to access this please click the button below.
Notes:
Springwood (This timetable will start from April 30th)
The Saturday Bronze at Springwood will continue through winter. The session will be on at 12.30 after Performance Squad.
Katoomba (This timetable will start from April 3rd as outdoor pool will be closed).
There have been some changes to the Katoomba winter timetable. Primarily this includes the split of Silver and Bronze squads as Bronze squad numbers have grown considerably. I've tried to suit swimmers as best I can based on the survey results. The timetable also includes a later Bronze session on Tuesday night. This is a later session as it is the only time I am able to get enough lane space to fit the bronze swimmers in. Late night sessions have proved quite popular in the past and can fit quite well with a change of timetables. For this session it is suggested that swimmers have an early dinner before coming to training.

Saturday Bronze
Silver squad will now continue at Glenbrook for the next three Saturdays. Note: not at Springwood as was sent out in a previous email. Please see the April training section for more details.
Swim with the stars
Jacob Handsford from the Institute of Sport is planning a 'swim with the stars' workshop at Springwood on 12th - 13th May. This typically includes our swimmers working with a high level athlete on technique and other presentations. I don't have any extra details yet but i'd suggest to save the dates. I will keep you updated when I hear more.
Orange Swimming Carnival
The first short course carnival for squads is on at Orange on 26th May. Entries limits will be reached soon so please try and get them in asap to make this carnival. This carnival is an excellent entry level meet for swimmers in Mini and Bronze squads who haven't tried one yet. To enter please click the link below.
Active Kids Rebate
Mountain Swim is joining the active kids provider list. The application has been submitted and I am waiting on the assessment from Service NSW. It is expected the vouchers will be able to be used for term 2. I will send an email when it is confirmed by Service NSW.
Squad Meeting
The next squad meeting will be on at Springwood on Wednesday May 9th at 6.45pm.
