Squad Registration Forms
Below are registration forms for swimmers and for adult squad. For the 1st swimmer enrolling an admin account will be set up. Invoices and emails will be sent to this account. Only one email address can be used per account. For adult squad swimmers with children in other squads please use the swimmer enrolment form.
Swimmer Enrolment Form
To setup a squad account please register a swimmer. The 1st swimmer registered will be the admin account. Once this account is created, additional swimmers can be added if needed.
During registration you will be sent a password to the registered email address. This password can later be changed if desired. Note that there can sometimes be a one minute or so delay before the email arrives in your inbox with the password.
