November Wrap Up
This newsletter is best viewed at www.mountainswim.com.au. For working links please check the online version.
November has been a busy month for swimming with a number of carnivals running at Glenbrook, Canberra and Lithgow. Swimmers are starting to get on top of their long course endurance levels at this stage and many are moving their times down well. In December squads focus on building intensity with State Age starting mid December. After the Christmas break squads build up with more skill and speed training leading into the February racing month.
Please check out the upcoming events and other news below. If you are new to squads and/or just started at club night and wondering where to next, the Country regional meet at Orange and/or the Mountain and Plains meet (location TBA) are great things to consider.
