Registration
Could anyone that hasn't yet completed the registration form for swimming squads from the beginning of the winter season please do so asap. This information is used to keep contact details and emailing list updated. The form can be found on this page.
Summer Target Carnivals
The below list outlines the main target carnivals for the summer season. All swimmers should talk to coaches about whether these carnivals are suitable and what events to target.
15th - 16th October: LC Qualifying Carnival, Homebush
12th - 13th November: Glenbrook Carnival, Glenbrook
26th - 27th November: Canberra Carnival, Canberra (Katoomba swimmers may target the Lithgow carnival instead).
9th - 10th December State Age 12 Under, Homebush
12th - 17th December: State Age 13 Over, Homebush
19th - 20th December: N.S.W. Open Water, Sydney Regatta Centre
28th - 29th January: Country Regionals, T.B.C.
4th - 5th February: M.A.P.S. Summer Championships
25th - 26th February: Country Championships, Homebush
3rd - 5th March: State Open, Homebush
12th/19th March: Speedo/Brophy

School Holiday Training
Katoomba Squads
Anne has organised a break for swimmers at Katoomba during the school holidays. Swimmers who wish to keep training from these squads are welcome to come down to Springwood for some extra training through the holidays.
Springwood and Glenbrook Squads
This season all squads at Springwood will continue throughout the school holidays. There will be a short break on the Saturday long weekend (1st - 3rd) with no squads on. From the first week of October (the second week of the school holidays), squad will operate on the summer timetables. Note that Monday the 3rd is a public holiday and there are no sessions on.
A break for the senior squads will be organised for after state so it would be great if swimmers are able to keep up their training through the school holidays. if swimmers are away they can use the programs found on this page.
Training will operate at the usual time in the mornings.
