Kylie Liversidge (Physio)

Her session will help swimmers learn to take good care of their bodies so they can continue to enjoy swimming.
As a group we will do some flexibility and strength screening so swimmers can understand which areas they could work on for improved performance.
We will practice a dynamic warmup routine and discuss why we do this. Swimmers will learn which are the best static stretches for their needs. We will run through some dryland strength ideas, and talk about managing cramps and common injuries.
Swimmers will also be able to practice using simple pieces of exercise and massage equipment to see what works for them.
