Mountain Swim runs camps both locally and internationally. 
Workshops are one off intensive sessions that focus on a particular area of improvement or information.
Each summer season there are a few target Open Water events for swimmers to look at.
Our adult swimmers are a great, friendly group. More infomation can also be found under squad information/adult squad.
