Coaches at Carnivals

Coaches will be in attendance at targeted meets. For a list of targeted meets please visit the carnival section here.

During carnivals coaches will:
- Arrive for the beginning of the warm-up.
- Warm up swimmers as a group at group carnivals or organise swimmers to do their individual warm-ups at representative carnivals.
- Before or after the warm up have a team talk where possible.
- Be available for swimmers to talk to coaches about their racing. Swimmers need to make sure they come and see the coach after their races as coaches cannot chase after individual swimmers.
- Where necessary assist swimmers at higher levels meets with the drug testing and anti doping process as outlined by the anti doping agencies.
